Highlighting Shared Goals to Leverage Mutual Benefits and feature partnership work by Healthy Community Services and the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans to reduce trash and plant trees to address urban heat island effect. The lab will teach participants how to operationalize trust-building work through a facilitated mock trust-building thought experiment, insights from New Orleans, individual reflection, and development of an initial action plan to partner with their water utility.
