In this session, you'll learn about the challenges, best practices, and innovations to achieve the Biden-Harris goal, through the proposed Lead and Copper Rule Improvements, of replacing the nation's lead pipes over the next decade. You will gain a holistic understanding of key issues and perspectives around lead service line identification and replacement through a panel of experts moderated by the Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC). Issues will cover funding, workforce development, community engagement, and technical assistance.
