Having trouble finding BIPOC leaders for your board? Is improving the internal culture of your organization a priority? Are you willing to be "radically intentional?" Then this Learning Lab will be crucial for you. Together, we will: identify allies and supporters within your organization (or Board), assess where the Board is in terms of interest and commitment to DEIJ, determine where to get help based on a variety of support and resources, reflect on and redirect your organization's long-term strategy, establish common understanding to enable buy-in from EVERYONE, draft a DEIJ committee with define goals and activities, and set accountability measures.
